CGIMS Certificate Reprint
Why may you require a reprint of your CGIMS certificate?
College of Physical Therapists regulation requires all practitioners registered in the province of British Columbia to be shown on the DRY NEEDLING ROSTER.
As at August 2019
CHANGE: WorkSafeBC (WCB, Workers' Compensation Board) contract regulation is in place for physiotherapists working within the British Columbia and Ontario jurisdictions.

ORDER A REPRINT
Practitioners may request a reprint of their CGIMS certificate as issued through iSTOP prior to April 30, 2013.
This refers to the certificate with an artist's rendering of a canoe.
If you gained your CGIMS certification through an affiliate entity, you may request a "canoe" reprint (with stamp indicating original was obtained elsewhere).
Administrative archive recovery fee may apply.
